He was Music Director and pianist for Jerome Savary’s  Looking for Josephine, a musical stage play on Jazz Age performer Josephine Baker. The show opened in Paris at the Opera Comique and toured France, Spain, Germany, Lebanon and Belgium. David Boeddinghaus is a featured player with the Louisiana Repertory Jazz Ensemble and his musical travels have taken him from Beijing and Hong Kong to Berlin, Oslo, London, and Australia.
