In the past few years, Carol has starred as "Stella Deems" in the Tony-nominated Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim's Follies and as “Jeanette” in the National Company of The Full Monty. Carol appeared in concert at the famed White Barn Theatre and at a Carnegie Hall performance honoring President Bill Clinton, with Chevy Chase, Michael Feinstein and Marvin Hamlisch. In addition, she has sung at The Eisenhower Tribute to Tom Brokaw in Washington, DC.

Her concerts and performances span the globe—from London to Tokyo from Las Vegas to Honolulu. In New York, she has appeared at Rainbow and Stars, Michael's Pub, Town Hall and Carnegie Hall with the New York Pops Orchestra; and had a celebrated four-week run at Arci's Place, garnering glowing reviews for her nightclub act. In addition, Carol performed a sold-out, one-woman concert at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.

Her impressive list of roles on Broadway include Smokey Joe's Café, the Tommy Tune-directed Steppin' Out, Neil Simon's The Goodbye Girl and Big River As a founding member of Tony Randall's National Actor's Theatre, Carol appeared in their first two productions. She has starred Off-Broadway in One Mo' Time, Taking My Turn and First Lady Suite at the Public Theatre.

Carol appears in the current musical film inspired by The Beatles, Across The Universe. In the film, Carol sings "Let It Be." After the soundtrack CD was nominated for a Grammy, Carol reprised her performance in the Grammy Awards TV show in 2008.

On TV Carol has appeared in Parent Hood, Law & Order and The Practice.

In films, watch for Carol in Steam, The Honeymooners, The Blues and Woody Allen's Sweet and Lowdown (in which she sings "All of Me.").
